2016 fall season schedule
This is our TENTATIVE schedule
for the 2016 season. Matches will change. Once we start the season in August, we expect all players to be at all matches and practices. The only way to get better at volleyball is to practice and play hard at all times.
In-season Practice Times
Starting 8/10, Mon-Thurs, Freshman and JV 4-6, Varsity 5-8:00
Fridays - Varsity 3:30-5:30, Freshman 5:30-7:30.
Just a quick reminder ... Every freshman/new student and parent to high school in PWC must attend concussion training in person. Every returing player and parent must complete online concussion training.
Players will only be allowed to tryout AFTER they complete concussion training!!
2016 Line Judge Schedule
Line judges have been assigned for Varsity matches. Only JV and Varsity parents are required. Line judges will have free admission to the match they are working. Please report to the score's table by 7 or when the JV match finishes. If we do not provide line judges for a Varsity match, WE WILL HAVE TO FORFEIT. For the most recent schedule, please click on the file entitled "2016 Line Judge Parent Schedule" to the right.
All line judges are encouraged to view the following website:
When you get to the linked page, select "Junior line judge clinic", "play material". You can start and stop anytime during the videos
All schools are beginning to schedule Concussion Training sessions for all parents and students. All middle and high school student athletes and their parent/guardian are required to complete an annual Concussion Training according to Prince William County Public School Policy 759
. As there are sufficient differences in the way concussions will be handled at the middle school and high school levels, a parent having children in both middle and high schools are required to attend both a middle and a high school presentation.

High school parents and students who are entering 9th grade and trying out for a sport for their first time in high school or are new to Prince William County Public schools must attend a face to face concussion training at their respective school.
Parents and students who have already attended a face-to-face training may take this year’s mandatory concussion training online. Rising 6th grade and 9th grade students and students new to Prince William County Public Schools are not eligible for the Online Training.
This year the women's volleyball teams will be corresponding through an app called TeamSnap. You must give Coach Morales your email address in order to be invited to our "team". This includes parents and players!
